Chocolate Chia Pudding Cup Recipe


CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING CUP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 cup Almond or Coconut Milk

1 tsp Maple Syrup

1-2 tsp Cocoa Powder

Kuranda Gluten Free Blueberries & Coconut Muesli Blend to top.

METHOD: TO SERVE COLD

Mix your cocoa powder with 1/2 tbsp hot water to dissolve

Add your preferred milk, maple syrup and chis seeds and mix to combine

Then place in fridge and allow to chill for a few hours or until the chia seeds have swollen and absorbed the milk

Once your chia pudding has thickened, pour it into a bowl, jar or serving dish and top with your Kuranda Gluten Free Blueberries & Coconut Muesli.

METHOD: TO SERVE WARM

Add your chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and cocoa powder into a small saucepan

Heat over a medium-low heat, stirring constantly until your chia seeds have swollen and absorbed your milk and the mixture has thickened.

Pour into a bowl, top with Kuranda Gluten Free Blueberries & Coconut and enjoy!
