INGREDIENTS:
1 Apple, peeled and chopped
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Kuranda Gluten Free Spiced Apple Muesli Blend
METHOD:
In a small saucepan, add your apple, maple syrup, cinnamon and 2 tbsp water.
Cook your apples over a medium heat, stirring frequently, until your apples have softened. If you'd like all of your parfait elements cold, chill your apple mixture in the fridge before following the next steps.
Place a few spoonfuls of your apple mixture into the bottom of your glass jar
Add a layer of muesli, followed by a layer of yoghurt, repeating the layers twice or until all of your mix is used up.
